Management and development of a newly created Purchase ledger reconciliation teamEnsure timely and accurate statement reconciliations for Radius Fuel and Overhead suppliersBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAct as the main contact for the resolution of statement reconciliation queriesEnsure purchase ledger controls are operating effectively and follow robust issue management techniquesPromote continuous process and controls improvement and use of automationDevelop and produce timely management information, monitor productivity of team members and deliver KPIs at expected levelsQualifications
Experienced people and process manager with a proven track-record in purchase ledger or similar operational finance functionProblem solver, able to lead and direct the team but also willing to be hands-on in understanding systems, processes and issues as they ariseA confident and professional approach to challenging situationsExcellent attention to detailAbility to communicate at all levelsHighly organised and able to prioritise and manage own workloadExperience in large, high volume, multi-currency organisation (Desirable)What to expect from us
