This Housing charity is seeking a compassionate and practical Housing Project Support Worker to join our dedicated team supporting refugees and asylum seekers who are at risk of homelessness.

You''ll play a key role in managing and maintaining our supported housing properties, ensuring safe, clean, and welcoming environments for residents. Working closely with our Housing Management Team, you will also support residents with tenancy-related needs and help resolve any housing issues that may arise.

Key responsibilities include:

Regular property inspections, maintenance coordination, and minor repairsSupporting residents with housing-related issues and community livingManaging safety standards, utilities, furnishings, and cleanlinessLiaising with contractors, landlords, and other stakeholdersSupporting smooth transitions for new residents, including viewings and inductionsWe''re looking for someone who is highly organised, empathetic, and proactive, with a hands-on approach and excellent communication skills. Experience in housing or working with vulnerable groups is desirable.
