Are you a natural relationship builder with a passion for spotting opportunities and winning new business Were looking for a confident and proactive Sales Business Development Executive to join a growing commercial team at a well-established name in the environmentally responsible services provider

This is a hybrid role where youll spend at least two days a week out in the field, meeting new prospects and identifying fresh commercial opportunities across Ipswich and the surrounding area. The rest of your time will be office-based, following up on leads, managing accounts, and collaborating closely with the wider commercial team.

Youll be supported with clear guidance, a pricing matrix, and strong leadership—but youll also need the drive and confidence to bring in new business, build relationships, and help grow a high-performing department.

what were looking for.
Youre an excellent communicator with strong commercial instincts, and ideally, youve worked in a field-based sales or business development role before. Youre confident speaking to new people, building rapport quickly, and converting opportunities into long-term relationships.

You'll bring:
Proven sales or business development experience (B2B ideal)
Strong local knowledge of Ipswich and the surrounding area (a bonus)
A proactive, go-getter attitude with excellent organisation skills
The ability to work independently while being a real team player
Confidence with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
