Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Commissioning Engineer to join their engineering team, installing and commissioning complex control and instrumentation systems at customer sites across the UK and occasionally overseas. This is a varied, field-based role ideally suited to an engineer who enjoys being on site, getting systems up and running, fault finding and working directly with customers. You''ll support projects through installation, commissioning and testing, before providing ongoing technical support once systems are operational. This reflects the underlying role, which covers installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT and lifetime customer support. Key responsibilities Install, commission and test control and instrumentation systems at customer sites. Carry out panel wiring, final electrical terminations and associated installation work. Execute FAT/SAT testing, fault find systems and resolve electrical, hardware and controls issues. Configure application software, Windows-based systems and associated hardware.
