Senior / Associate Town Planner - London

I''m working with a highly regarded, independent planning and development consultancy in London that is looking to strengthen its team with the addition of a talented Town Planner at Senior or Associate level.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing practice known for advising on some of the UK''s most high-profile and complex development projects across sectors including residential, commercial, mixed-use, infrastructure, and regeneration.

The Role
You''ll play a key role in delivering planning advice across a diverse portfolio of projects, managing applications, engaging with stakeholders, and supporting strategic planning work. Depending on your level, you''ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and delivering a range of planning applications and appeals
• Providing clear, commercially focused planning advice to clients
• Engaging with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders
• Supporting or leading on site appraisals, planning strategies, and policy work
• Contributing to client relationships and project growth

About You

• MRTPI qualified (or working towards)
• Experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system, ideally with London exposure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
