We are seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Manager, based in Camberley, to take ownership of end-to-end payroll and day-to-day HR operations. This is a hands-on role combining payroll accuracy, compliance, and practical HR support across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll end to end, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance
- Act as the main point of contact for payroll and HR queries
- Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, absence, disciplinaries and exits
- Advise managers on HR policies, employment law and best practice
- Maintain HR records, systems, and GDPR compliance
- Proven experience in a Payroll & HR, Payroll Manager or HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll and employment law
- Highly organised, detail-driven and confident working independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, operational environment
- A broad, hands-on role with ownership
