About the role As an Area Repairs Supervisor, you''ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, efficient and customer-focused repairs service across our occupied and empty homes. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You''ll lead repairs operations on the ground, manage contractors and colleagues, oversee inspections, and ensure work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard. We''re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building positive relationships, and taking ownership of challenges.
