We are currently recruiting a Health and Safety Advisor to join our team within the rail infrastructure industry. This is a key role that provides assurance, guidance, and support in the safe operation of our worksites, ensuring full compliance with all health and safety regulations and legislative requirements. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site health and safety support and guidance Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure safe working practices Assist with incident investigations and drive continuous improvement Deliver training and educational tools to staff Engage and influence Site Managers and teams to promote a positive safety culture Maintain accurate records and reports Requirements: PTS certified (Personal Track Safety) NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or higher, e.g., NEBOSH Diploma) Proven experience in a similar HandS advisory role within construction or infrastructure Strong working knowledge of the rail industry and infrastructure projects Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage across all levels Excellent IT skills, including health and safety reporting systems High attention to detail and commitment to best practices Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits Clear and structured career progression path Ongoing professional developmen
