We are seeking a dedicated and passionate full time Nursery Practitioner to join our beautiful and spacious setting in the heart of Hebburn.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery setting. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in nurturing and developing young minds, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering a stimulating learning environment.Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.Create engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play.Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.Observe and assess children''s development, maintaining accurate records of their progress.Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play.Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and organised at all times.Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.Drive initiatives that support children''s emotional and social development.Skills
