The Dow Jones Partners and Licensing team (PAL) fosters and grows relationships with Partners and Licensors around the world, helping to power the Professional Information Business, the B2B division of Dow Jones and Company.Position Statement

As a Partner Success Specialist within the PAL operations team you should have a solid experience with the end- to-end sales and partnerships, operations and processes including onboarding, reporting, and administrative and CRM support. You will manage the activation, on-boarding, and maintenance of Partners. You also will require strong collaboration skills, the ability to multi-task multiple complex projects simultaneously. You will report to the Director, Global Head, Channel Partnerships, PAL.Key Responsibilities

Proactively assist Regional Heads and B2B PAL team with key objectives, supporting KPIs, tracking performances, and implementing corrective actions to ensure alignment with business targets and partner satisfactionPartner liaison in proactive development of sales materials catered to each individual partners\'' integrations and circumstance, coordination with CSEs on training, and marketing with webinars, promotions, etc.Assist in defining and managing Partner contracts roll-out, on-boarding, and Maintenance strategies for the B2B partners book of business, updating reference materials, and tactics, and liaising with sales ops and marketing for developing processes and any associated tools for reporting/communicationsMaintain high levels of partner satisfaction through regular communication and establishing strong relationships with all Partners; ultimately ensuring loyalty through the quality of our solutions, the quality of our relationships and the excellent level of responsiveness to their needsSupport and work with the PAL B2B team in successfully retaining existing partnerships which are significant and nuancedDefine optimal project communication strategies and assist in the implementation of communication between PAL and internal Dow Jones teams and with external stakeholdersMaintain accurate and appropriate records within the global CRM systems providing timely management informationCoordinate and assist with internal/external communications, partner engagement activities, and training that include Welcome Emails, In-life Emails, FAQ and General Help Info, Public Site/Brand Resource Centre updates, The Five, Training documents, and PAL Resource Center updatesDevelop presentations, spreadsheets, process maps, Gantt charts, and business requirements documentsExperience/Skills

4+ years of experience in an operations-focused role within a B2B partnership or sales teamFluency in at least one European languageExperience with Salesforce.com and other CRM systemsMust be a self starter with entrepreneurial skills to identify how to progress multiple and varied projects with the new alliances the business formsAbility to articulate a vision and gain the buy-in of key stakeholdersExcellent presentation and written communication skills, with an attention to detailProject management experienceExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and high proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.Proficiency in data visualization (QuickSight, Data Studio, Tableau, Power Pivot) and dashboard building is a plus.Our Benefits
