Adults Information and Assessment Officer£21.53 per hour Hackney Adult Social CareWe are recruiting an Adults Information and Assessment Officer to join Adult Social Care.Role summary:You will act as the first point of contact for residents and carers, providing high-quality information, advice, and initial conversations using a strengths-based approach.
