About the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer-Role
We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to deliver high-quality planned (PPM) and reactive facilities maintenance across a mobile portfolio of commercial sites in the Brighton area.

Key Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities

• Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive works
• Fault-find on lighting, power, distribution boards, heating, ventilation, and hot/cold water systems
• Plant checks and maintenance
• Mechanical systems-
• Conduct emergency lighting testing, fire alarm checks, and basic statutory compliance inspection
• Diagnose and repair urgent equipment failures to minimise business downtime

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Requirements

• Relevant electrical or mechanical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of current regulations and safety standards
• Full UK driving licence
