Payroll Manager

Payroll Manager Permanent£50-55k per annum We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations, including some international payroll responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.Duties include Manage and process payroll for UK and international employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations and tax laws.Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, payroll calculations, and disbursements.Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees, including those in select international locations.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations.Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, salary changes, and deductions.Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates to payroll processes.Address and resolve payroll-related enquiries and issues from employees and management.Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.You will have;Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, with some experience in international payroll.Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws.Exposure to dealing with multiple outsourced providers Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel - vlooku
