JOB TITLE: Corporate ParalegalLOCATION: BerkshireTHE ROLE: A Corporate team is looking for a paralegal to support a fast-moving transactional practice. Working alongside partners and solicitors, the role offers hands-on involvement across a wide range of corporate and finance matters.The work covers business acquisitions and disposals, funding arrangements and restructurings, giving exposure to both early-stage companies and complex, high-value transactions. Day to day, the paralegal will be involved in: Setting up and running virtual data roomsSupporting company secretarial requirements, including board minutes, statutory registers and Companies House filingsPreparing supporting documentation for corporate and finance transactionsUndertaking targeted legal and commercial researchAssisting with compliance processes and file management, alongside general administrative support The team is seeking a highly organised individual with a strong academic background, excellent IT skills and confidence working with detailed documentation.
