We''re working with a well-established production company commutable from Grantham, Sleaford or Newark area, that''s on the lookout for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly, this could be just what you''re after.

• Keeping the plant ticking over with regular planned maintenance and quick, effective repairs when things go wrong.

• Getting stuck into improvement projects - whether it''s new kit installations or tweaking existing machinery for better performance.

• Diagnosing faults and fixing issues before they become big problems.

• Working closely with other teams to keep everything running safely and efficiently.

• Making sure Health & Safety and hygiene standards are always met.

• Around 3+ years of hands-on engineering experience in manufacturing or a similar setting.

• One or more of the following qualifications:

  • City & Guilds in Engineering (or equivalent)

  • HNC or NVQ Level 3 (Electrical or Mechanical)

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regs (ideal if you''re electrically biased)

• A solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and steam systems.

• Someone who''s practical, resourceful, and not afraid to get stuck in.

• Good communication skills - you''ll be working with different teams and suppliers.
