This role plays a pivotal part in overseeing cloud governance while ensuring cost efficiency and financial accountability across cloud platforms. As a Cloud Governance Analyst, you will be responsible for: Working with key stakeholders to take charge of the cloud governance strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities within the cloud environment and supporting mitigation measures. Collaborating with stakeholders and internal teams to establish SLAs and KPIs that strengthen governance, security posture, and operational efficiency of cloud environments.Partnering with FinOps to implement effective cost controls, support cloud cost optimisation initiatives, and enable visibility of cloud spending across teams.Ensuring strict adherence to established cloud standards, principles, and best practices.Establishing cloud training programs to ensure technologies are being used efficiently and cost-effectively.
