The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, undertaking a variety of general labouring, yard, workshop and premises maintenance duties. This is a varied, hands-on role which will involve keeping our yard, workshop and office facilities clean, safe, organised and well maintained, alongside assisting with equipment, materials, deliveries and general operational activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible and willing to turn their hand to a range of tasks. They will have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment. Overview of Responsibilities Carrying out general yard duties, ensuring all areas are regularly checked and kept clean, tidy, safe and organised. Undertaking general grounds maintenance, including gardening, grass cutting, weeding, hedge trimming, clearing leaves and maintaining external areas. Keeping pathways, entrances, storage areas and surrounding grounds clear of rubbish, debris and potential hazards.
