Finance System ImplementationLaw FirmRemote or hybrid workingYou must be based in the UK6 - 9 Month contract£500 - £600 per day (Ltd or Umbrella)An opportunity to join a law firm and take lead on a finance system implementation to move to 3E.You will report to the CFO, and work closely with the Financial Controller and finance teams based in two different locations., to migrate data and manage the project. The role is supported by software developers and IT internally and there will also be IT help externally.The project will be end to end, initially setting out the project plan and resulting in training the users and leaving the business with a new suite of reports that are more efficient and value-add.We will be reviewing CVs throughout the process so please apply as soon as you are able to.We are committed to ensuring the entire process is inclusive and accessible for all candidates that fit the minimum requirements for our role. Please let us know if we can make any reasonable adjustments for you at any stage in the process.ResponsibilitiesTo lead the implementation of Elite 3E for Finance.You will write a statement of work, set out testing requirements and data mapping.Data MappingMonitoring progress toward project milestones.Identifying risks and opportunities from reviewing finance and contract and project data.Business partner with the Management Team, Software developers and Finance Teams to improve process efficiencies and ensure data issues are resolved quickly.Data migration to 3EWorking closely with the Financial Controller and senior finance team to design new reports for accounting and finance.Liaising with internal system developers and external IT support.Complete end to end user acceptance testing.Be a system super user for Elite 3E to transition knowledge and complete end user training.Lead post go-live process improvement.Create a process manual.Understand the data flows for other systems used by the business into 3E.Skills and ExperienceYou will be from a accounting and finance background (ideally qualified or QBE) with finance systems implementation experience in 3E.Experience in business partnering with finance, senior management and IT/developers.Ability to take ownership of the project and see it through to completion.You will be detailed and ''hands on'' as well as understanding the big picture.Elite 3E is essential for this role.This is a great opportunity to use your finance systems skills in a role where you will really own the project and work with multiple stakeholders.At Trace, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace and believe that, in any business, it is imperative that all members of staff feel appreciated and respected in their roles.
