We are recruiting a Rubber Moulding Operative for our reputable client on a temporary basis.

Role: Rubber Moulding Operative
Location: Melksham
Pay Rate: £15.86 per hour
Shift: Weekend night shift
Hours: Paid for 38 hours while working 36 hours

Key Responsibilities as a Rubber Moulding Operative:

Operating rubber moulding machinery 
Loading and unloading moulds
Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met
Carrying out basic quality checks and reporting defects

Requirements for the Rubber Moulding Operative role:

Previous experience in manufacturing or moulding would be preferred but is not essential
Good attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual
