Senior Occupational Health andamp; Safety ConsultantLocation: Guildford (2x per week onsite) Duration; 6 monthRate; Flexible (via umbrella) We''re looking for a Senior Occupational Health andamp; Safety Consultant to help shape a positive safety culture across a leading financial services organisation.About the RoleYou''ll support the Head of Occupational Health andamp; Safety to maintain a safe and compliant working environment across office, hybrid and remote teams. You''ll lead on risk management, investigations, audits and stakeholder engagement, while helping to develop and embed effective Handamp;S systems and processes.What You''ll DoEnsure compliance with UK Health andamp; Safety legislation.Lead and review risk assessments, audits, inspections and incident investigations.Provide expert advice to senior leaders and business teams.Develop and deliver training across the organisation.Produce clear Handamp;S reports and identify areas for improvement.Deputise for the Head of Occupational Health andamp; Safety as needed.What We''re Looking ForStrong knowledge of UK Handamp;S legislation.Experience in a senior Handamp;S role within a commercial environment.Confident stakeholder communicator with influencing skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.QualificationsNEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 in Occupational Health andamp; Safety (essential).Chartered IOSH status (CMIOSH or equivalent).Fire Safety qualification.If this is of interset, please apply
