An opportunity has arisen for a Email Account Manager to join a digital marketing agency supporting e-commerce brands across fashion, sportswear, supplements and other consumer sectors. As a Email Account Manager, you will lead client accounts from strategy and planning through campaign delivery, optimisation and performance reporting, using Klaviyo to drive measurable results. This full-time role offers hybrid working options, with at least 3 days per week in the Putney office, and a salary of £32,000 - £44,000 with benefits. You Will Be Responsible For: Managing client relationships, onboarding new accounts, conducting performance reviews, planning promotions and identifying retention risks. Developing campaign calendars, automated flow strategies, audience segmentation, list growth plans and A/B testing schedules. Managing Klaviyo campaigns and flows, including quality checks, scheduling, optimisation, dynamic content, deliverability and auditing underperforming automations. Briefing designers and copywriters, reviewing creative work, coordinating production through Monday and working with design and build teams to meet deadlines. Reporting on email revenue, store revenue contribution, campaign and flow performance, and list growth using Hiro Analytics, translating results into recommendations and monitoring account progress.
