You will lead operational excellence whilst being responsible for driving performance, developing robust processes and embedding a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and innovation. The successful candidate will combine strong operational leadership with a genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies. You will be responsible for challenging established ways of working, identifying opportunities for transformation and delivering measurable improvements across efficiency, productivity and business performance.
