We are currently recruiting for an experienced Anaerobic Digestion (AD) Multi-Skilled Operator to join our operational team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a process plant, waste management, anaerobic digestion or similar operational environment, who enjoys working hands-on and taking responsibility for the safe and efficient running of site operations. The Role As an AD Multi-Skilled Operator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the anaerobic digestion process and mobile plant, while supporting housekeeping, basic maintenance and continuous improvement activities. You will play an important role in ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and in full compliance with environmental permits, health and safety legislation, ABPR requirements, planning conditions and company procedures. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor the anaerobic digestion process and associated equipment. Carry out material handling operations using mobile plant machinery. Work safely and in accordance with all SHEQ policies, procedures and site requirements. Operate and monitor SCADA systems and respond appropriately to operational issues. Complete site inspections, audits and routine operational checks. Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the site. Undertake light maintenance, cleaning and basic mechanical activities.
