There will be plenty of opportunities to cover all sections and develop your management skills, under the guidance of the talented Head and Sous Chef.There is a brigade of 6-7 chefs preparing everything in house using fresh, seasonal produce and where possible this will all be sourced locally. The successful Chef de Partie will be assisting with contributing ideas for the menus, stock control, ordering and training the junior members of the team.The ideal candidate will have a genuine love of cooking and had previous experience within a fresh food kitchen - preferably a busy one!
