Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their busy and supportive team based in Mirfield. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys managing customer relationships, coordinating orders and deliveries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. The Role As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries and overseeing the order journey from placement through to successful delivery. Working closely with internal departments and external logistics partners, you will ensure orders are processed accurately, customers are kept informed, and any issues are resolved promptly. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage customer enquiries via telephone, email, and CRM systems. Process and coordinate customer orders accurately and efficiently.
