Programme Manager Executive Education (Open Programmes) Location: Cambridge (Hybrid) Salary: £33,361 £41,474 per year Contract: Full-time, permanentA leading provider of executive education is looking for a Programme Manager to help deliver high-impact learning experiences for senior leaders from around the world. This role sits within the organisation s Open Programmes team and plays a key part in bringing together all elements needed to run successful in-person and digital programmes. You ll take ownership of end-to-end programme delivery, from planning to execution, ensuring a seamless experience for participants, faculty, and clients. The position offers a mix of operational responsibility, stakeholder management, and live event coordination, with the opportunity to contribute to a portfolio known for excellence. Key Responsibilities Project and Event Management Manage a portfolio of programmes from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Oversee logistics such as accommodation, travel, catering, AV, venues, and digital learning environments. Support participants and faculty during programme delivery, including some out-of-hours events and occasional weekends. Provide technical support for online sessions using platforms like Zoom and Teams. Stakeholder Management Work collaboratively with internal teams, faculty, and external partners. Deliver high-quality service to clients and participants. Source and manage suppliers
