Building Safety and Fire Manager Role Summary To support the Senior Building Safety and Compliance Manager in the provision of fire and building safety services, ensuring key operational targets are met or exceeded. To have an excellent understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022 and the Fire Safety Order 2005 (Updated 2022). Provide technical support and advice in relation to building safety and fire safety across a range of internal and external stakeholders that is supported by professional competency. Be responsible for the fire safety contracts, including fire servicing and maintenance, fire risk assessments, and remediation contracts. Be responsible and accountable for the reporting function and the work to ensure a ''golden thread'' of information. Be responsible for building a culture of safety across the business.
