Quality Inspector Job OverviewPerform dimensional and visual inspections on components using both manual and automated measuring equipment.Operate and program Aberlink Axiom CMM (programmable) and use QCT CMM (manual) systems for precision measurement.Use the Aberlink Vision Machine for non-contact measurement and inspection tasks.Interpret and work from detailed engineering and final drawings, ensuring all measurements comply with specified tolerances.Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDandT) principles in measurement and inspection activities.Accurately record, report, and maintain inspection data and documentation.Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues promptly.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality process development.
