The Role: You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, reactive callouts and small works on Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with company procedures and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: Represent the company professionally at all times, delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships. Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and small works on Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems. Ensure all work is completed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client timescales. Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to minimise system downtime. Liaise closely with the Service Team to ensure efficient scheduling and completion of works. Complete accurate service reports and documentation using company software.
