Process Engineer3 to 6 Month Contract with possibility to extend. 300 to 350 per day.Aerospace / Heavy Plant / Motorsport industry experience preferred.Based in Staffordshire.Engineering.Duties of a Process EngineerMap and document processes, producing clear SOPs, Work Instructions, and process flow documentation.Review current production methods and identify improvements to safety, quality, and throughput.Support trials, validation activities, and equipment capability studies.Introduce and apply Lean/Six Sigma tools to reduce variation and improve process control.Work with Operations, Quality, and HSE to ensure safe, compliant, repeatable processes.Provide guidance to operators and ensure new processes are properly adopted.Skills and Experience of a Process EngineerProcess engineering experience in general manufacturing, powder metallurgy, pressing, sintering, ceramics, or similar.Strong documentation capability (SOPs, CP/FMEA, risk assessments).Understanding of process capability, variation control, and quality systems (ISO9001/AS9100).Hands-on approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.To apply for the position of Process Engineer please click apply.
