This role is critical to the efficient and safe running of operations and requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The successful candidate will support the Senior Operations Manager in overseeing production, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and delivering successfully against the client''s deadlines. You will help drive operational performance, support staff development, and ensure smooth transitions across production stages. The activities will be overseeing teams of Mechanical/Electrical Modification Technicians and a large paint team who are refurbishing full trains. Responsibilities Support the delivery of performance targets across all production. Record and report near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions. Ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety procedures across all departments. Conduct disciplinary investigations and hearings where required.
