The RoleYour responsibilities will include:Supporting the preparation of aftermarket quotations.Processing customer orders and confirming delivery dates.Ordering and monitoring spare parts and tooling.Liaising with purchasing and production teams regarding orders.Managing UK, US and EU spare-parts stock.Coordinating shipments and providing tracking information.Producing weekly order and delivery reports.Supporting service and installation planning.Updating service records and calibration certificates.Assisting with UK and international trade shows.Creating marketing materials, videos and website content.
