Our client is seeking a reliable and organised Bookkeeper to join their friendly, growing small business based in Shepperton. This is a varied role that combines bookkeeping, payroll support, and some general office administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across a range of responsibilities and being an integral part of a close-knit team.The successful candidate will have experience using Xero and be confident managing day-to-day financial administration while supporting the smooth running of the office.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process payroll accurately and on time.Maintain accurate financial records using Xero.Process purchase and sales invoices.Reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements.General data entry and maintaining accurate company records.Preparing documents, reports and correspondence.Providing administrative support to the wider team as required.Key attributesPayroll experiencePrevious experience in a similar bookkeeping role.Experience working within a small business environment.Proficiency in Xero is advantageousFlexible working hours availablePlease note: Due to the large volume of applications we receive for each position we will only be able to respond to applications received with the relevant skills.
