You will be a proven leader with the ability to work towards targets and KPI’s.

Responsibilities

Lead the restaurant as a true business owner, making decisions to create a great culture

Drive performance against targets and KPIs

Develop and grow the team to create Managers of the future

Uphold brand values and deliver exceptional PERi-PERi to customers

Adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while ensuring high standards
