We are looking for highly motivated Relief Recovery Support Workers who are looking for a new and exciting opportunity to work with individuals with mental health needs in Leicester and Leicestershire. You will be delivering individualised support in a supported living setting, across 7 services with over 100 service users in Leicester and Leicestershire. You will be kind, attentive and responsive to individual needs and preferences. You will have a passion for promoting active involvement whilst offering respect and unconditional positive regard for the people you support. You will work creatively to promote community links, confidence and independence in daily living and have an empathetic and solution focused approach.
