We are seeking a highly skilled Planning and Strategy Asset Manager to join a large housing-focused organisation. This pivotal role is responsible for managing asset management data and systems to ensure accurate stock condition information that supports long-term investment planning and strategic decision-making.As a Planning and Strategy Asset Manager, you will lead the development of 5-year and 30-year investment plans, provide expert advice on major expenditure decisions, and support the delivery of a Net Zero Carbon strategy across the housing portfolio.The Planning and Strategy Asset Manager will have responsibility for maintaining and developing the corporate asset management database (Keystone or an equivalent system), ensuring data accuracy and effective reporting to inform business planning.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and enhance the corporate asset management database (Keystone or equivalent).Lead the review and update of the Asset Management Strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.Define and manage long-term investment plans, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and planned programmes.Monitor energy performance across the portfolio and identify funding opportunities to support sustainability goals.Oversee contracts for planned and cyclical works programmes, ensuring compliance with Section 20 consultation requirements.Produce regular KPI reports and develop new reporting tools within asset management systems.About YouThis Planning and Strategy A
