SC Cleared 2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: Wolverhampton (Onsite)
Start Date: 3rd August
Contract: Initial 1 month contract with a possible extension
Rate: -220 per day (Inside IR35)

We''re recruiting for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our client on site in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer focused IT professional with strong Microsoft technologies experience to support users in a busy enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across Windows 10/11 environments.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Manage and maintain devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Investigate and resolve VPN and remote access issues.
• Support end-user device deployments, laptop builds, and hardware refresh activities.
• Escalate complex issues where required and work collaboratively with wider IT teams.
• Deliver a high level of customer service while supporting users at all levels of the business.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Must hold active SC Clearance.
• Proven experience in a 2nd Line Support role.
• Strong Microsoft 365 (O365/M365) support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience troubleshooting VPN connectivity issues.
• Strong Windows 10/11 support skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
