Due to continued growth, they are expanding the Operations team and are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator Team Lead to manage call-outs, servicing, after works, engineer scheduling, and to support the wider coordination team. They are looking for someone with experience working on a busy service/call out desk. This will involve taking calls, processing planned works, scheduling labour within the engineering team, closing job cards card and pricing any additional works. This is a fast-paced role, you must be good at multi-tasking as you could be dealing with multiple jobs at the same time.
