We are currently recruiting for a talented Architect with over 2 years'' post-qualification experience to join an award-winning AJ Top 100 architectural practice based in Fordingbridge. With studios across the UK, our client combines national expertise with strong local knowledge and works across an exciting and varied portfolio.The Fordingbridge studio has particular experience across Residential, Historic and Conservation, Hotels and Hospitality, Community and Care and Senior Living projects, with project values typically ranging from 2m - 40m. The successful Architect will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects, with a particular focus on residential schemes currently. Based from a purpose-built studio on the edge of the New Forest, the Fordingbridge team currently consists of around 30 staff, with a long-term growth plan in place. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect with around 3 years'' experience to join an established and collaborative team, taking responsibility across a range of RIBA stages while working alongside experienced Architects, Technologists and Designers.The ideal Architect will have experience working on high-rise residential projects and/or residential masterplanning schemes, although this is not essential.
