The aim is to help every young person develop resilience, confidence and the skills needed to manage a safe and successful transition into independent living.Key responsibilities include:Carrying a caseload and acting as the named key worker for each young personCompleting detailed risk assessments and support plans using an asset based approachSupporting young people with daily living skills, budgeting, tenancy sustainment and wellbeingProviding one to one and group sessions within accommodation settings and the communityWorking in partnership with local statutory teams and external agenciesAdvocating for young people and encouraging their involvement in decisions affecting themHelping young people access education, training, employment or volunteeringParticipating in a 24 hour rota which includes some lone working and sleep insEnsuring accommodation i
