Finance Assistant, Lincoln Your new company Hays Accountancy and Finance are recruiting for a growing company just north of Lincoln looking for a Finance Assistant.Your new role Working as part of an established team, you will be responsible for a wide range of finance tasks including; purchase and sales ledger, dealing with supplier queries, credit control, bank reconciliations, intercompany invoicing as well as supporting with month and year-end.What you''ll need to succeed You will be AAT part or qualified, or a finance graduate with experience of working in an accounts environment with an understanding of ledger, banking, reconciliations and debt chasing. You will have strong customer service skills, with strong communication skills both written and spoken. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be confident dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You will be organised with great time-management and able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
