Our client is a foodie neighbourhood gastro pub based in a residential area in the heart of Chelsea. This gastro pub has so much to offer the local community andndash; incredible food, bespoke drinks, stunning interior dandeacute;cor and a real home from home feel. They have a formal bar area, a restaurant dining area and separate private dining room.

General Manager benefits:

• A competitive salary package in excess of andpound;65,000 - andpound;75,000 per annum andndash; 48 hours per week.
• 9:30pm last orders.
• Incredible food and produce andndash; modern techniques, with a brasserie style menu.
• Under a 10-minutesandrsquo; walk from Sloane Square Station
• 7-day operation with around 40/140 covers per day andndash; Sundays can be 200.

General Manager Requirements:

• A meticulous hands-on General Manager with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• A General Manager with a hands-on approach to management and is passionate about developing their team.
• A General Manager with a stable employment background with preference to experience in neighbourhood style operations.
