Brooklyn Recruitment currently have an exciting role available in the Cannock area for a Production Team Leader / Manufacturing Team Leader within the electrical manufacturing sector. This role would suit someone with extensive team leading / shift supervising experience within a manufacturing environment, electrical manufacturing would be ideal but isn t essential. This company have an excellent working environment with the building being light, bright and clean. You would be joining a 6 strong Team Leading team and you would be responsible for staff in your section. The company have a total workforce of around 200 but they still have a family friendly feel to it, where everyone is known by name and you even get your birthday off! As Production Team Leader / Manufacturing Team Leader you will be: Driving continuous improvement activities through SQCDP Building relationships with your assigned customers. Keeping customers updated on any timescales or issues. Ensuring Health and Safety measures are adhered to. Dealing with any quality concerns. Recording downtime and finding ways to limit it.
