Accounts Assistant - PART TIMEPermanent Part time - 20 hours with some over time availableOur client who are a specialist manufacturer is growing and looking for a part time experienced Accounts Assistant with exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills to support the Accounts Manager.Personal skills set and skill set should include Accuracy and attention to detail inputting manual data onto systems.Ability to analyse and enter data accuratelyKnowledge SAGE Accounts Line 50Familiarity with VAT accountingFamiliarity with imports and exportsHigh level of competence in Excel, Word, and OutlookExcellent organisation skillsStrong analytical abilityExperience in an accounting environment or similar role Duties will include: Assist the Accounts Manager in varied aspects of the accounting functionData entry into sales and purchase ledgers from source documents into SAGECross checking invoices with SAGEChecking and signing off internal orders prior to productionMatching invoices to statements and purchase orders to invoices.Monitoring supply chain purchases and stocksExpenses analysis and reconciliationProcessing invoice queries and liaise with supply chain to resolve disputes.Maintenance of sales ledgers and debt controlPosting of receipts and paymentsAssist in the production of financial statements and applications, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as requiredGeneral administration Fixed hours: Monday Friday 08.00 to 12:00Pay: £16.00 per hour ..... full job details .....
