This role combines technical expertise in fibre optics with instructional design, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Consultancy andamp; Analysis Conduct on-site assessment of existing fibre optic systems, processes, and practices across manufacturing, test, and design teams. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Produce a detailed findings and recommendations report. Training Design andamp; Development Define learning outcomes based on consultancy insights. Design a tailored training package for three distinct teams (Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Design). Develop supporting materials such as guides, checklists, and reference documents. Training Delivery Facilitate a hands-on training session for selected engineers. Ensure knowledge transfer and enable internal capability building. Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with client stakeholders to align on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
