Administration Officer | Salisbury/Andover | £14ph | Part time T2P role

As an Administration Officer, you will benefit from:

As an Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing secretarial support to Directors and the Management Team
  • Managing HR admin, including contracts, handbooks, and personnel records
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies and managing agency temps
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation, and health screening
  • Maintaining filing systems and generating purchase orders
  • Supporting payroll, appraisals, and compliance documentation

As Administration Officer, your experience will include:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • HR experience (desirable but not essential)
