They are now looking to hire an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join their busy team. The role reports to the Sales Area Manager and will have significant interaction with the Customer Services and the wider Sales team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Customers and Suppliers as well as maintaining accurate records on company systems. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with customers and wholesalers by promoting and selling products per company policies and customer prioritisation. Promote and sell products in line with sales objectives and marketing strategies, contributing to targets. Share market information and provide reports on activities, results, opportunities, risks, and feedback. Process orders, respond to customer requests, and maintain accurate records on company systems/CRM. Develop a call plan based on the marketing department s sales strategy and targets.
