We are currently recruiting for a Female Security Supervisor 42 hours per week 12 hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off basis working days, nights and weekends (Apply online only) / (Apply online only) £13.42 with pay rise pending CTC and DBS checks required for all potential candidates.Your Time at Work Presenting at all times, a smart, alert, visible and commanding security presence at the premises of our clients, to perform aviation security tasks such as: Security and operational responsibilities Supervise and lead security officers during shifts, allocating duties and ensuring tasks are carried out correctly Manage daily operations including staff deployment, break cover, sickness, and shift handovers Ensure compliance with airport security regulations, G4S policies, and relevant legislation Monitor and oversee security systems such as CCTV and access control Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches in a calm and professional manner Ensure all security activities meet the required service level and client expectations Administration and reporting Complete accurate incident reports, daily logs, and operational documentation Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and risk assessments are followed Record and escalate any operational issues or concerns to management Maintain clear communication during shift briefings and handovers Team leadership and support Provide guidance and support to security officers on shift Monitor staff performance and address conduct
