The Role In this position, you''ll collaborate closely with architects, surveyors, and other design professionals to produce comprehensive technical drawings, detailed specifications, and coordinated construction documentation. Key duties will include preparing technical information for planning submissions and Building Regulations approval, alongside conducting regular site inspections to track progress and address any emerging technical challenges.
