I am looking for an Occupational Health Nurse to be an integral part of an OH team, providing a compassionate, professional clinical service that is instrumental in the quality of care that our clients receive. This role requires an ability to assess and manage minor injury and illness, deliver health and wellbeing initiatives, and work with external organisations and other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Full OH/Treatment service in line with the client contract including wellbeing assessments, health promotion, advice and education, health surveillance, safety critical medicals, travel health, travel assessments, vaccinations, DandA testing etc. following DHC guidelines and written instructions. Providing professional advice, support and guidance. Assessing new clients presenting to Occupational Health. Assessing individuals'' fitness to work for the appropriate job role. Providing clinical assessment of clients presenting with minor illness and injury. Supporting the OH Manager to advise, monitor and assess the clinical practice of the OH team. Providing health surveillance. Ensuring clinical assessment skills are maintained in line with best practice. What we are looking for We are seeking an Occupational Health Nurse with a range of skills, experience, and professional qualifications to join our team.
